Research and Review Committee

By grace of Allah Almighty, MQI has its set up in more than 90 countries of the world and Shaykh-ul-Islam keep visiting different places for supervision of various organizational and spiritual activities. He also participates in high level conferences and workshops organized by world organizations and governments. So in view of absence of Shaykh-ul-Islam from Pakistan, a review committee was set up in 2006 to supervise various projects being undertaken by research scholars. Nazim-e-Ala Dr Raheeq Ahmad Abbasi is the head of the committee while its members are as follows:

• Prof Muhammad Nusrallah Moineee
• Dr Zahoorullah al-Azhari
• Muhammad Farooq Rana
• Muhammad Afzal Qadri
• Faizullah Baghdadi

The functions of research committee include collection of progress reports of various projects, offer suggestions, amendments and guidance and do follow-up on its previous decisions. Its meeting takes place after every 15 days in which evaluation of various projects is undertaken. Later on, the recommendations of the committee are sent to Shaykh-ul-Islam for his comments and approval.
